Hi there! I’m happy to be writing the blog again. I appreciate your support and love that Charles is honoring his personal journey right now. In last weeks’ blog Charles mentioned welcoming your thoughts about things you would like to hear about. I welcome your ideas and will do my best to respond. Another idea we are considering is having “guest bloggers” in the future. I will keep you posted as it unfolds. Please let me know if you are interested in being a “guest blogger”.

So much is happening this week that I wonder how you’re feeling? Notice, I asked, “How are you feeling rather than how are you doing?” Most of us are very good at doing and not feeling! It’s taken me a long time to feel more comfortable with and express my feelings! Oh my, it’s felt so uncomfortable feeling vulnerable but I’ve found it’s healthier for me! Have you felt this way too?

The reason I ask is that with so much going on in the world right now chaos is everywhere. It seems that here, in the U.S., election passions have brought out weird behaviors. It’s easy to be affected by all of the energies that are swirling around us. Remember, we are all a part of the whole and come from the one Source! At our core we are all connected and not separate. So many have forgotten this.

Everyday there seems to be a new distraction and I ask, “What more can there be?” There always seems to be more. I feel that I can get sucked into the chaos or find a way to “be” with it. Here’s a way that helps me. Take a breath and find the still point within you – the place where you feel centered and calm. It might help to close your eyes and bring your awareness to the center of your chest, your heart chakra or energy center. Feel yourself settle and breathe for a few moments. Give your thoughts permission to take a vacation so to speak. LOL. I begin my morning practice this way as I meditate and “check in” with my guidance. It also helps during the day too!

I just finished a 3 day workshop with Annie Bossingham and the beautiful Messengers of Light. I highly recommend Annie’s programs if you haven’t participated in one. During the weekend I was reminded that chaos precedes and follows change. We are in the midst of it! Lazaris, channeled by Jack Pursel, has said that this year is a year of “acceptance”. I find that the way I navigate the chaos is to first be in “right relationship” with me. In other words, accepting, loving, being compassionate with me; and immersing myself in beauty and gratitude. This is where I find my center – the place within me. It helps me move through the chaotic days without freaking out too much! LOL

Of course, I have days where I shake my head in disbelief and wonder what in the world is happening and I ask myself, “What’s next?” I seek the stillness within me. It helps. I’ve found that when I’m centered and in a good place it affects others around me. How about you?

Acceptance doesn’t mean that I approve or like some choices others make. It means that first and foremost I accept me and I’m clear about what I value. I realize that the only control I have are the choices I make and how I respond to the choices that others make.

In these chaotic times it is important to be in “right relationship” with me! Once I am I feel more in control! I find that in order for significant changes to occur the old ways have to be released to allow room for new possibilities. We are experiencing rapid and frequent change first hand and it’s up to each one of us to choose how we respond to it. I know it can feel overwhelming at times. Remember to breathe and find your center and calm. You are not alone!

I’m looking forward to hearing from you once again.
