  • All applications for room rental will be reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission and the core principles of Intentional Living. We reserve the right to refuse any application for room rental request for any reason.

    Event Calendar Image is required, unless you have already submitted an image for a prior event. Please upload an photo of yourself, or an image that depicts your event for the Storm Wisdom online calendar. Keep in mind the image will be resized to a width of 150 px.

  • “Whats Up Local” is an e-announcement that is published a minimum of every other week.
    It features upcoming events in Phoenix and throughout Arizona. Events can be posted as
    far in advance of the event as you choose and as often as you choose.
    The clients of “Whats Up Local” have specifically requested information about local events and happenings.
    Flyers are submitted in a standard pdf format and are included as they are submitted. This means that we do
    not edit the content. Please be sure all contacts, dates and details are correct.
      Cost per issue:
      • $25 - Events that are held at Storm Wisdom
      • $35 - Non Storm Wisdom Events
    The fee for including your event in “Whats Up Local” is non-refundable and due prior to publication.


  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation by e-mail within 3 business days of your room reservation request. Once scheduling has been confirmed a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 3 business days or the reservation is subject to cancellation.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop please ensure that this is done at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled event otherwise the full fee is due. Please remember that the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    Participant Registration / Transaction Processing: If you would like Storm Wisdom to register participants for your event, via website and phone, there will be a nonrefundable fee of $25. In addition we can provide a service to collect participant payments on your behalf. There is a 10% surcharge per participant for this service above and beyond the $25 fee. All proceeds for the transactions processed by Storm Wisdom are issued by check after your event.

    Amenities:
    • A projector and screen are available for your use. The room is equipped to support HDMI or VGA only. If your device has a different type of port, please bring your own adapter. We recommend you test your laptop in advance of the start of your workshop. We can not assume responsibility for connecting, setting up or getting the projector to work with your equipment. If you require sound during your presentation such as playing a DVD/CD from your computer, please bring your own speakers. We recommend you test your laptop in advance of the start of your workshop. The staff at Storm Wisdom DOES NOT set-up or connect the projection equipment with your computer/devices. This equipment is offered as a courtesy; however it is not guaranteed to work with your system. Please test thisin advance of your event.
    • Complimentary Wireless Internet access is available throughout Storm Wisdom.
    • Temperature controls for the room are located in the space and can be adjusted for the groups comfort.
    • Eight tables (5’) are available for use in workshops/seminars that require a writing or work surface. Floor cushions are available for use within the space as well as some blankets. If you use Storm Wisdom furniture or massage table, you must return them to their original location and/or height when finished.
    • Please do not hang or tape anything to the walls or ceiling without prior consent.
    • Restrooms (2) are available at the back of the store. Although not considered ADA compliant these restrooms are spacious and have grab bars and are easily accessible for most persons with disabilities.
    • If candles are used, please extinguish when you leave. We would prefer that you do not burn incense.
    Promotion:
    • Seminars and workshops are included on our website ‘Upcoming Events' page. If you prefer to keep the audience exclusive ( i.e. staff or club meeting) it will be posted as a ‘Private Event’.
    • Seminars and workshops are featured in our weekly 'Newsletter' (space permitting).
    • Flyers with course description, bio, picture and/or any other relevant information may be left at Storm Wisdom and will be posted (space permitting). If you would like us to create a flyer for you, there is a $50 set-up/layout fee. Examples of in-house flyers are available for your review. Flyers can be printed by Storm Wisdom for $.75 per/page print fee (minimum 25). If you would like for us to print your flyer, please send us a print ready PDF file.
