I am thrilled to share the exciting progress in our journey toward our new space. Walls and ceilings have come down, revealing the potential for something truly special. By the time you read this, we will be painting, transforming the space into a canvas for our dreams. Yet, there’s still much to be done.
Soon, we will transition into space planning, design, and move mode.** The least glamorous stuff, like our stockroom, will move first. But very shortly, you will be able to walk into Storm Wisdom and feel the energy of transformation for yourself. You will know that change is happening. We’ve worked hard to this point to maintain the essence of our beloved space, even as we share with clients and friends that we’re moving.
As we navigate these changes, I am deeply aware of the value in letting go of what no longer fits. This means releasing old ideas and beliefs that no longer resonate and cleaning out the cobwebs of dreams that have lost their magic. Spring cleaning isn’t just a seasonal chore—it’s a powerful way to embrace what feels right and aligned.
This has never felt truer for me. While it’s essential to clear out what no longer serves us, it’s also important to celebrate what these dreams and desires represented: our successes, our failures, and the spirit of “going for it.”
Most of the time, we can’t know what will work for us without giving it a try. It’s part of our evolution and journey. Often, what didn’t work points us to what does.
One example of this is our digital world is shifting too. I have written content for websites, courses, and social media that no longer fit or feel right and yet I still feel protective of or ownership for. Yet, some are too costly to maintain. Just like physical items, when these digital pieces are gone, they are gone. These digital castoffs reflect things that maybe didn’t go as planned but led to something better. Before “The Magic of Crystals” iPhone app, there was a website. I haven’t looked at that site in years, but I have kept it on life support. It was a good idea that led to something better. It’s time to turn off the oxygen on the old to make way for the new.
This coming week will be another step forward for my small business. Even moving just 100 feet away involves examining everything, turning over stones (literally) that have been stagnant, hidden, or buried for years.
I find myself in a constant dance of letting go of the old and embracing the new. I realize there’s no way to know how this will turn out, but once again, I am going for it!
Stay tuned for more updates, and feel free to share your thoughts . I am grateful for your continued support and excited to embark on this new chapter together.**
