Lately, I’ve found myself questioning my intuition—those inner signals that have always guided me with clarity. I started wondering why I no longer experience those rare, visceral flashes of insight that once felt so powerful and undeniable.
It used to be that when I was on the brink of change or transformation, my intuition would catch me off guard, often during moments of stillness. I would see fragmented internal images or feel a subtle pull, like pieces of a puzzle I had to gather and assemble over time. These moments weren’t linear, nor were they predictable.
Yet, even with these glimpses, it wasn’t until I “heard” a clear internal message that everything would make sense.
Take this example: Years ago, after I had started collecting crystals, I began seeing mental images of them displayed in different ways—on shelves, in arrangements I couldn’t quite explain. At first, I thought maybe it was a sign to set up a special display in my home, but the images became more elaborate. I even wondered if it meant dedicating an entire room to my collection.
Then came the moment of clarity. One day, I accompanied my husband, Fito, to look at an office space for his new business idea. As we peered through the window, I heard a crystal-clear message: “It’s for you.”
In that instant, everything fell into place. I knew the space wasn’t for him—it was for me. Within seconds, I had the vision for the business I was meant to create and the clarity to make it happen.
Looking back, those kinds of moments—sudden, undeniable, and visceral—were my guiding lights. They felt like rare gifts, catching me by surprise when I least expected them. But now? Now they seem to be gone.
At least, that’s what I thought.
Over the past 16 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding and developing my intuition. I’ve explored my internal senses, studied how energies interact, and learned to interpret the subtle signals that guide me. What once felt random or fleeting has become a skill I trust and rely on.
This intentional practice has shifted my relationship with intuition. It’s no longer something that happens to me. Instead, it’s something I actively engage with every day.
The insights are still subtle, just as they’ve always been, but they’re no longer sporadic. They’re constant. These quiet nudges—whether visual, auditory, or a simple knowing—have become a steady stream of guidance that shapes how I navigate my life.
But here’s where I stumbled: I was so focused on expecting intuition to feel like it did in the past—those rare flashes of clarity—that I wasn’t recognizing the quieter, more integrated guidance I’ve been receiving all along.
It took a recent channeling session for me to realize the truth. During the session, it became clear that I’d been receiving intuitive insights all along. I just wasn’t trusting them because they didn’t match the dramatic, visceral experiences I’d had 16 years ago.
In hindsight, it was a classic case of missing the point. Intuition evolves, just as we do. What once felt like lightning bolts of inspiration has transformed into a continuous undercurrent—a natural part of how I interpret the world.
These days, I rely on more than just my physical senses. I trust the subtle energies around me to guide my decisions. Something might look or sound good on the surface, but if it doesn’t resonate, I know to stay away.
Letting go of how my intuition used to work has allowed me to embrace how it works now. It’s not less powerful—it’s more reliable. And realizing this has brought me a profound sense of relief and trust in myself.
This journey has reminded me why self-awareness and intentional living have been so important. By committing to these practices, I’ve learned to recognize the quiet guidance that’s always there, waiting for us to notice.
Intuition isn’t something static—it grows and evolves with us. What once felt like rare moments of inspiration can become an ever-present compass if we’re willing to listen.
Looking back, I see this transformation as a gift. Those visceral flashes of insight from years ago taught me to trust my inner voice, but today’s steady, integrated guidance reminds me that intuition is a skill I’ve cultivated and strengthened over time.
What about you? How has your intuition shown up in your life, and have you noticed it evolving? Perhaps now is the time to pause and listen more closely to the quiet guidance within.
