Sixteen years. Thousands of conversations. Countless connections. As we approach Storm Wisdom’s 16th anniversary, I find myself reflecting on the many transitions we’ve experienced—both as a business and as a community.

Through all these changes, one thing remains constant: the people. From those of us who work here, to our talented local artists, to you—our friends, clients, and extended family. Some of you have been part of this journey from the very beginning. Others have only recently joined us since our move to the new location last September. No matter when you arrived, you are part of what makes this space special.

At the heart of it all, I believe what ties us together is our shared desire to live with intention—to be authentically and unapologetically ourselves in a world that often encourages conformity. I love our quirkiness. Even more, I love that this is a place where differences are embraced, where we show up for one another—not despite those differences, but because of them.

We listen. We support. We offer insights, encouragement, and new perspectives. We learn from each other.

Over the years, thousands of conversations have unfolded here—not just between those of us who work at Storm Wisdom and those who visit, but between people who might never have met otherwise. Some connections last a moment, others a lifetime.

We have celebrated together. Cried together. Shared belly laughs and moments of grief. We’ve been shocked, awed, and uplifted by the conversations and connections that happen here every day. There’s something powerful about witnessing someone share exactly where they are in the moment—without filters or pretense.

In some ways, I expected that kind of connection when we had a classroom space, hosting group gatherings, intuitive guidance, and energy sessions. But what’s amazing is that even now, in what is technically a retail space, that same sense of community and deep connection continues to thrive.

As we plan our anniversary celebration for Saturday May 3rd, I’m reminded that while Storm Wisdom has evolved over the years, its heart remains the same. It’s still a place where living with intention isn’t just encouraged—it’s celebrated.
